Took my Ford Freda (8 seat camper) into the Marlow Car Wash on Friday 6th January 2023 and the machine broke my rear reversing mirror. On exiting the car wash, I went straight into the Service Dept. to complain and take in the broken mirror glass. I was met by uninterest and arrogance. I asked to speak to the manager (and after ages waiting) he appeared. Not only was there no apology, he suggested that the mirror was probably weak and was already broken. Even though it's a Ford; he would not help-not even a refund of the cost of the wash. I thought this was a 'local family owned company' who cared. Not a bit, they only care about themselves. I was expecting a good response, an apology, the FORD part to be ordered and fitted by them for free. No chance. Is this how they treat the locals? What a vile attitude to have and an embarrassment of a Ford Motor Company dealership. (posting this now as my original complaint went onto the Platts car servicing Google reviews not knowing that the Marlow Car Wash was separate).

When I visited Marlow Car Wash Centre I found a Mechanical Car Wash, Jet Car Wash, and I was able to hoover the car, and I was able to pump the tyres. Me and my family have looked for a good Mechanical Carwash and we found this one in Marlow. It's a fantastic mechanical drive through carwash. It has contactless payment so I was able to use my contactless cards to pay for the session. There was a 5 price tier system and I have put the image of the screen prices above. The car wash machine does a really great job for the value of the money. From washing the car, washing and brushing the wheels, foam, wax and dry, polish as well. The price is from £5 to £10. Thank you.

Slightly tricky to find but a great deal and it works well. Warning there is only one hand wand spacd so be prepared to wait if others are there before you.
