    Horrendous! A serious mice infestations in the properties! That they are not resolving, so many mice running around, dead mice and feaces. They do not provide any cleaning services for the problem they have caused and not repairing. Horrendous staff that make up bills as they go ! You can tell their very fed up of their job and do not want to provide any level of costumer service and just need to get paid! Staff come and go as they hate the job. They loose your letters and do not provide this to you. They are long term stayers there which they will charge wifi and make up council tax bills. Horrendous place ! The place stinks of dead mice.
