Rooms: Nice, spacious and clean rooms that were very cosy and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and I slept great for the entire stay. Safety: Felt very safe in the area, as well as with the 24h manned reception. The hallways are well lit as well. Walkability: Easy to walk to and nearby almost everything that is worth to see in London. Walking distance to basically everything else and easy with public transportation like the tube, buses and train nearby. Taxis were also easy to grab on the street.

Worst customer service. Couldn't even get proper number of towels. 4 towels for 6 people. The next morning we asked for more towels, 5:45pm.. still no towels. Attitude from front desk ladies over and over. Here for just a couple days and couldn't get them to give us a second bag of coffee with creamer and sugar. Curtain falling off, doors are super loud going in and out, no tvs in bedrooms, no trash cans in rooms. One tiny one in the bathroom and one small-medium one in the kitchen. The shower had just a half a glass door on it and the tub dangerously tall. I actually fell trying to get out. Horrible views and it's like walking through a large maze just to get to your room or back to lobby. Do not stay here. I worked over a decade in hospitality and toured many hotels. I don't know HOW this place is even close to a 4 star. Who are they paying for good reviews? This is a 2 star at best and that's only because of location.
