After their initial installation of 4 roller shutter doors, we have experienced a number of problems that they have admitted is down to some of the components used. Despite several phone calls and Emails they have refused to repair one of the doors that has failed completely and cannot even be opened manually. They now refuse to answer our Emails and phone calls at all. Not a reliable company.
