Absolutely horrible customer service. They said they couldn’t do my project based off photos, and I was trying to come up with alternative solutions. It was a “no” before even listening to my high budget or other ideas I had. She said, “You would have to do this before we install.” I replied saying I can do that!!! She said it’s still a no. HORRIBLE. It was as if they don’t want any business!! Or even try to make something work! All I wanted was someone to come out and take a look as ANY GOOD BUSINESS would have done.

Although Markwell's did not do the installation of my Conservatory on a call out due to heavy rain causing a leak and the warranty had expired they reacted in haste (3 days). The team who came as agreed were extremely professional explaining everything, leaving having solved the problem. Great to have a local company one can rely on. Thank you.

I had a sentimental mirror fall off the wall and break - it belonged to a family member and I wanted to get it fixed quick as possible before they came round and saw it! Everyone at Markwell Glass was really lovely and super helpful. They fixed it the same day! Defo would recommend.
