So wanted a ticket from Basildon to Sudbury, was informed I could only get one to marks tey, when I arrived at marks tey I spoke to Darren in the office who said it would have been the same price so it didn't make sense. He gave me a £0 ticket to get me to Sudbury without having to pay extra. Brilliant service from him. The train departed 10 minutes late as to make sure that passengers from a delayed train could make it which was great for those passengers and something you don't see often in stations. Great service.
