Such an outstandingly positive experience. I spoke with a wonderful lady called Sue who really did go above and beyond, posting out the required parts so quickly I had them within 24 hours. She even arranged for the 2nd batch to be ordered (marked urgent) from suppliers Friday and posted on a Saturday so I had them by 10am Monday. My friend is in hospital and the NHS are so criminally depleted they didn't have the connectors to hook him up to his wound healing machine. Marks Tey, and Sue to the rescue. Logistically she is a genius, I am so incredibly grateful. Cannot recommend enough!
