FAQ

Can I pre-plan and pre-pay for my funeral services and burial?

Yes, we offer pre-planning and pre-payment options for funeral services and burial. This allows individuals to make arrangements and payments ahead of time, giving them and their families peace of mind. Our staff can provide information and guidance on the pre-planning process.

What are the visiting hours and policies for the cemetery?

Our cemetery is open to visitors during daylight hours, seven days a week. We ask that visitors respect the grounds and other visitors by following our policies, which include no pets, no smoking, and no littering. We also ask that visitors refrain from disturbing any monuments or gravesites.

How do you ensure targeted advertising to the right audience?

We use a variety of methods to ensure targeted advertising to the right audience, including demographic research, social media targeting, and local outreach. We work closely with our marketing team to create campaigns that are tailored to specific audiences, such as those interested in pre-planning services or those seeking a cemetery for a specific religious or cultural group.

Can you provide examples of successful marketing campaigns you have implemented?

One successful marketing campaign we implemented was a social media campaign targeting families interested in pre-planning funeral services. We created engaging content that highlighted the benefits of pre-planning and the peace of mind it can bring, and used targeting tools to reach families in our local area. This campaign resulted in an increase in pre-planning appointments and positive feedback from our community.

What is your approach to market research and analysis?

Our approach to market research and analysis involves a combination of internal data analysis and external research. We regularly review our own data on customer demographics, buying habits, and satisfaction levels, and use this information to inform our marketing strategies. We also conduct external research, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather feedback from potential customers and ensure we are meeting their needs. This allows us to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our services.

I can highly recommend DRA Renovations they did a large job for us and we were so pleased with their work ethics and standards. Their prices were very realistic and down to earth with no hidden extras at the end of the job. THANKS DAVE & DAVE and the team

Can't comment on the the quality of workmanship as I never got to find out. At the end of June Dave put some effort into preparing a quote for my extensive renovation project then took a month to make minor changes to it. When I accepted his quote on the 4th August he gave me a start date of 28th August. After I contacted him on 21st August he said the start date was postponed by 'a couple of weeks' because of poor weather (most of my work was indoors). By the 29th he was just 'not sure' when he would be able to start as 'customers always asking for more'. By the 18th September he was 'on holiday for a few days' and on the 8th October he would be able to 'start in a couple of weeks'. Again. On the 21st October he promised 'to confirm this all next week'. He didn't. I think I've been strung along and treated pretty badly by Dave of DRA Renovations. But it's ok. I gave up on them mid September. I'm project managing it myself and it is working out a lot cheaper.
