Much the same as all the other reviews. The blonde lady is lovely and helpful. The owner is grumpy and unhelpful, and seems to want to make everyone's life needlessly difficult. It really is hit and miss who you get.

I was bawled at with scary gesticulations -"couldn't I read the notice! "I have poor eyesight with AMD. My suggestions are to treat customers with respect and not terrify them -explain things patiently. Some of us have past experiences with angry men! Very upsetting and unnecessary!
