Personally if you want a rude and unproffesional dentist, that everytime you go and see suggests that another tooth needs taking out when it wasn't necessary, its like walking into a scene of an asylum where your a test subject with untrained staff.

Would not recommend. Like to rinse you of money and awful treatment of paying patients! Took 2 appointments 6 weeks apart for just x-rays of an infected tooth before being able to have root canal. Surely not right.. but i pay per visit, so.. πŸ€” Finally got booked in 12 weeks after 1st appointment for root canal, to then only be taken of the dentists books because I had to cancel the 3rd appointment due to a family funeral. Would be understandable if i did this last minute but i provided them with 3 weeks notice! Disgusting treatment and no due care what so ever! My second appointment they was funny with me because I ended up being 5 minutes late, due to their receptionist telling me the wrong time on the phone! Also expect to take 2 hours out of your day for them to even be able to answer a phone on the reception. Funny thing is, they've struck me of their books for canceling an appointment, yet they've canceled 2 of my husbands appointments and are currently expecting him to ring them to get him booked back In. Ironic that! Joke of a place.

The receptionist there are very rude and they don't keep the track of appointments correctly. I've been called for the second time to postpone an appointment and the receptionist accused me of not showing up for my last one in February. When I insisted that wasn't the case ( for both my children) she said I am free to change the practice as she was doing me a favor as it is for keeping my children when I didn't attend, I repeat, thats not true and I found the call log to prove my point. In Feb as this month they rang to say they need to postpone the appointment as the doctor is at the hospital. I only rang once in November last year to book that February appointment. I thing they do it on purpose as they have full nhs patients. I rarely get so affected but they don't keep the correct and real record of things!

Disgusting Phoned to say I was just parking up so I will be a little late for my appointment at 0930 I arrived at 0939 and they refused to see me even though I had phoned in advance. This was due to me having to sort something out at work prior. The staff were extremely rude and so unprofessional. I accepted this and as I was leaving the dentist who usually sees me was walking in with a coffee and his breakfast from a fast food restaurant wow just wow

I've just been for my appointment and was waiting over an hour. While I was waiting a rep went into the room and spent 30 minutes in there which made my appointment even later.. when I finally got called in there was no apology for keeping me waiting, until I complained. The dentist then told me if I didn't like it I could find another dentist.. wow..!!! I came out to the receptionist and was told she had said, she'll not see me again. So, we can't complain anymore and just have to deal with the rubbish that's delt us. An absolute joke of a place it's like it was my falt for complaining about losing pay from time off work and then having to wait for the bad services and poor customer service. Plus it cost Β£25.

Had a emergency appointment made for my little brother for the day after this was a Tuesday and his appointment was a Wednesday but I forgot he would be at a school trip (that i had to pay in advance) and did not realise until Wednesday morning when my brother told me. I called at 9am right when they opened to cancel it and give them enough time to give it to someone else, but they told me that I couldn't have my brother on their records because of this and, because it was a day of cancellation, but I had only made the appointment the day before so how do they expect me to cancel the day before I don't know as when I realised the mistake I called them straight away. Incompetent people and I was told that they would ring me back to say if I could still book an appointment for him but never got that call until I had to ring them.

Called for an emergency appointment told June 5th - 7 weeks away, I said no I need emergency work then offered May 23rd which is 5 weeks away ... this emergency extraction is required because several weeks ago when i went for a root canal and was 5 minutes late as have to get through mansfield traffic from Kirkby-In-Ashfield then discovered the car park doesn't exist outside anymore, and was told dentist gone on lunch because you were late so cancelled appointment. Wow customer service is top drawer, utterly useless, took woman 10 attempts to find me on the system I had to spell my name 3 times and give my last appointment date. Not sure what system they're using maybe dos?
