Bought a brand new mower off them 3 years ago for £3k Had it serviced with them a year later, they broke the steering, quoted for service prior to collecting it, then charged us more; clearly we had paid for the repair caused by their damage. When I originally bought the mower I paid an extra £40 for OKO tyre sealant. Tyres kept going down on the machine, so I took it to an agricultural centre, they took the tyres off and there was no sealant in the tyres at all. Just taken it for a service to a reputable business as would never go to Market Drayton Mowers again as they are shoddy and unprofessional. What a difference, brilliant service with the new company we are using and will be putting a 5* review for them. Incomparable.

Took my new Husqvarna 129R strimmer into them this morning after it would not idle or hot start after first usage. I did not buy it from them but they were my nearest dealer. Craig gave me good advice on the phone and then turned it to run while I waited. Excellent service 😎👍 will use them to service it when required. Recommend

Took a chainsaw back for warranty repair and had to constantly chase. The owner, Giles, blamed the manufacturer, Brexit, Covid and the war in Ukraine for not having the parts. The manufacturer confirmed that the part was and had always been in stock. Only the threat of a Small Claim in the Courts resulted in a full refund. However, Giles took the opportunity to phone me back after he made the full refund to give personal abuse. This was particularly shocking as I had gone out of my way to purchase a new saw that would take the cutter-bar and chain and thus reducing his refund by £70. It seems that they had lost my saw since I would have taken it back, got the part from the manufacturer and repaired it myself. I wouldn't buy from here again as I don't think they will be in business much longer.
