I booked a holiday, but realised a few minutes after putting the phone down that my passport was out of date. They gave me a credit note, by the time my passport came the only availability was 1/2 term in October, and the price had doubled. They would not let me roll into 2022 season, which seemed very ungenerous.

Our trip was booked for the first week of March last year, and was one of the first cancelled due to COVID-19 travel sanctions. MW still have not refunded this trip. They failed to offer any incentive to rebook the following year, which we would have happily taken. Just really really poor customer service here. Spend your hard earned money else where!

Just returned from Tignes Les Lac, staying at Hotel Aiguille Percee. The hotel was superb, across the road from the main lifts so perfect location and clean and modern so we were very happy. The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent with good quality wine included with dinner and delicious afternoon tea. We were very happy and I must say Mark Warner are a fabulous company, great service from booking right through to transfers and service and facilities at the hotel. Would highly recommend them.

Booked way in advance for Levante Beach Resort in Rhodes as it's pushed as their best resort. We paid over £10,000!!! for 2 weeks ( 3 kids, 2 interconnecting rooms) for a dream beach holiday with the kids. We arrived to a very dirty room with pubic hair rolling around the floors, sun cream spread on the beds and a unsecured room looking over an over flow pipe and the car park of the resort. We immediately complained and were told there we no other rooms that we could move in to and they did think what they had provided was fair representation of the 5 star description on their google advert. Tried to call the head of customer services but he would not take our call and would only respond to written complaints ( expecting us to write a review of our experience, not even bothered to listen to us to get it sorted out quickly). We had enough very soon and were told no refunds would be offered either and departed as quickly as we could. This company is a sham, it's day light robbery and dangerous, see photos we had kids in those rooms. We will be reporting them to both the UK and Greek authorities.

Oh dear, I had booked a refurbished room at San Luciano but I had not been told the aircon creates mould in the room and plenty of mould developed! Also, this resort does not have a local chef so the food is very British, as if you were in a 3 star hotel in Torquay. It was all very disappointing!

The staff not only put you at ease while looking after your beloved but also give you a full rundown of their eating and mood – which can be a welcome warning. Whether playing an intense game of tennis with your partner and coaches on the nearby courts, lazing by the sea on the jetty-side beanbags or eating at the beach restaurant – an ideal spot to watch the end of day race and to see the stunning sunsets across the bay – you feel assured. Phokaia Beach Resort oozes old-world charm while offering the best of modern rooms and catering. Our comfortable beachside room was a stone’s throw from the warm waters of the Mediterranean and offered more than enough shade and privacy to allow for a post-activity siesta. Staff stop and talk as you stroll through the well-manicured gardens and are only too pleased to offer advice on the vast range of activities including tennis, mountain and road cycling in the surrounding hills. Positioned on Turkey’s western coast, you will find excellent conditions for all water-sports. Mark Warner’s tennis coaching and weekly lesson plan has become legendary amongst holidaymakers. In fairness, this is what Mark Warner do best and have a 35-year pedigree to prove it.
