Due to time not being on our side with closing of a property overseas we required a notary at last minute. We received our documents and required them notarised the following day. We spoke to Mark and expressed our urgency he responded with great timing making whole process run smoothly and posting the documents as quick as possible . We closed just in time with an unrealistic target we can't thank Mark enough.I do believe that if we wouldn't have used Mark the documents wouldn't have got there on time.
