Paid for 2 games of bowling for 4 children when we got to the lane and input the names it only let us input 1 name so asked for assistance and was told someone would be with us in a couple of minutes. After going back to ask for help 3 times and a half hour wait we finally got our game started. After the 1st game has finished we didn't get the option to start the second game when we asked the staff about this they said it should go over to the second game automatically if it doesn't then you have played the game which I know we only got the 1 game. When I put a complaint into tenpin regarding this matter I was told I would get a response within 72 hours over a week later I am still waiting for a response to this matter. Would definitely recommend avoiding tenpin as customer service is at rock bottom with deals like pay for 2 games and get 1 game.

Tenpin York are amazing. So much to do in one small building! Bowling is great, could maybe have a few more balls for larger hands though. Deals mid week make it really accessible to go regularly. Staff are always friendly an helpful. Love that you can order food and drinks to your lane!
