Mark is professional and very empathetic - he makes you feel completely at ease - he explains everything he does in your treatment at a level appropriate to you. His treatment has helped me with physical problems such as IBS, accident injury to a knee (the pain relief that I got from Mark's treatment and advice was amazing!!). Mark's treatment has helped enormously with my long standing sleep problems caused by the menopause primarily, and I am not sure how I would have got through a recently stressful time without Mark's care. I would thoroughly recommend trying acupuncture - it works! The real bonus being - no drugs!!! Also Mark looks at the whole person - not just one ailment to be discussed per visit as seems to be the case with a GP appointment at this present time! Also you get valuable time with Mark each visit.

Having been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 30 years ago through football injuries and as you get older the pain seems to get worse. Trying all types of medicines and exercises over the years has had no real affect on me at all. Not ever had acupuncture before I thought of giving it a go. Found Mark`s details and went along. After four sessions over three months I am now pain free and no joint swellings and am now able to walk more upright and at a faster pace.If only I had thought of trying acupuncture many many years ago I would have not had to put up with all that over the years. Thank you Mark for all that you have done for me, I am very very grateful. Highly recommended.

As a result of chronic fatigue and head pressure I left my job and could only just manage a school run, finding myself pretty much bed ridden for months. After ruling out various medical conditions it seemed this was something I would have to live with. I decided to try accupuncture with Mark and the results have been profound. In the first instance he took a thorough history, and it was a relief to talk to someone about all of my symptoms and how I had become so ill. After the first session the improvement in my energy levels was noticable. I turned out to be nervous about needles, but Mark put me at ease and I soon learned that the benefits were worth it, and that it wasn't painful. Now, after seeing Mark on a regular basis my quality of life has returned and I'm starting to get back on track. Mark has a vast knowledge of acupuncture and this combined with his enthusiasm works magic - atleast it feels like magic! I thoroughly recommend Mark and can't thank him enough for his help.

I have seen Mark Arnold over the last three years at intermittent intervals, during which time Mark has helped me to get the better of long-standing chronic lower back pain, halted the early onset of arthritis in my finger joints, relieved various muscle strains, and most recently Mark has reduced my neck pain to a bearable level (with signs of further improvement to come). I should mention that these injuries arise from unsuccessful spinal fusion surgery and being on the receiving end of a serious road traffic accident. Mark always seems very knowledgeable, very understanding, and l feel enlightened by the treatment sessions. I am very happy to recommend Mark Arnold.

I went to Mark because I had heard that acupuncture could help with symptoms of menopause. I was a bit sceptical but after one session, the hot flushes had gone and I also felt I had more energy.
