I would just like to thank the driver of RU69 at A5 to A38 junction in Tamworth at 4.30pm today who kindly gestured out of his window before driving away...... I bet he makes his Grand kids proud as my 5 year was very intrigued. For you information I'm not familiar with Tamworth and was unaware I needed the right hand lane in the heavy traffic until I approached the signs saying so....... I await an apology before I post my dash cam footage and make him and his company very famous. Professional driver.......really, get a grip and grow up

This review is solely based on the intermodal terminal. Horrendous, 3- 4 hour Qs regularly. Poorly managed terminal with disillusioned and uninterested staff. Costing the local container industry thousands of pounds a day in missed and cancelled jobs, let alone letting down local businesses who are waiting for delivery's or to ship goods abroad. Cannot cope with the amount of containers, trucks and trains they have to service. Poorly laid out and inefficient.
