Kyle was recommended by one of my neighbours. He responded very quickly and before long I had an estimate which I was happy with. He and hes team completed the job in three days rather than the expected five which was a bonus. They were polite and friendly, arrived on time and always cleared up at the end of the day. Paid Kyle Rowan of Marionville Masonry £1000 to repair a front wall, apply window mastic and install a stone mullion 3 years ago. The pointing for the front wall and the window mastic fell out within a year. The mullion he installed was chipped and cracks have since appeared in the bay window with a window pane cracking under the pressure. Kyle promised to redo his work but after numerous no-shows, he merely slapped on more window mastic and even managed to crack one of my stone pavers in the process. His latest work fell apart in under 3 weeks and he is ignoring my emails. You can see his work in the attached photos. Very distressing.

I had a big project on involving restoration of stonework, repositioning of stone walls, landscaping and the conversion of a garage. Not only did Kyle do a great job of the traditional stonework element but he was invaluable in helping out with the conversion. He provided advice and solutions for on-site problems and when the job was outside of his remit he was always able to recommend another great tradesman. The quality of his work was excellent and the prices good. His team were a pleasure to have on site and I would thoroughly recommend his work.
