Enjoyable Trip We have just returned from a week spent on a Marine Cruises' Debbie class boat cruising the Llangollen canal from their base at Swanley. On the first day we arrived at the marina to a friendly greeting from the team and proceeded to place our things on board. The boat was well equipped and very clean - even the engine compartment was spotless. After getting settled we were conducted on a training trip by Stewart and Gareth whose expert and good humoured tuition gave us every confidence that, even though we had no previous experience, we would be able to make sure that no disasters would befall us! There was a slight issue with the on-board wifi connection but this was resolved efficiently once we contacted the office. All in all a really enjoyable trip on a high quality boat from an enthusiastic and highly professional operator. Highly recommended.

An experienced crew of five humans, a dog and a giant rubber duck travelled from Swanley Bridge Marina to Llangollen with Marine Cruises. The boat itself was one of the most modern and spacious boats we've hired and the staff at Marine Cruises went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable and special. We have booked again at another location next year with a possible third trip in mind.

Thank you Marine Cruises for providing us with an excellent holiday. Being a family run business, they were able to offer us a very friendly and personal service. Due to illness we had to postpone our holiday from September 2020 to June 2021. Even though they were given very short notice, it was done in a pleasant and understanding way. As there were just the two of us, we chose one of their smaller 47 footer – Maia. It was fully equipped and had a surprising amount of storage facilities – an extremely well designed boat that was in good maintenance order. We just couldn’t fault it. It really was perfect for us. We highly recommend this company and we will return.
