What a wonderful, clean beach with fine golden sand and dunes at the top! Not only this, the outlook is superb! Looking out to sea, one can see the fell (mountain) of Black Coombe in Cumbria and those of the southern Lake District. This lovely, family-friendly beach is only a short stroll from the tram stop.

Lovley place to walk my dogs. Beach is clean. Has two great cafés. You can walk for miles. Parking is right next to the beach. Definitely recommend if you want a Peaceful walk
