Dan Goldsmith responded immediately to our phone call as a young Starling became trapped in our neighbours caged bird feeder and couldn't escape. Luckily Dan happened to be driving nearby and came to help. He skillfully managed to release the bird undamaged. Incredible service considering this is voluntary work besides his full time job. Thank you so much Dan and your wildlife rescue tales were inspiring and admirable. Sharon and Dave.

Probably worst rescue centre. They write work 24 hours but you never can't contact with them. Disappointing. I called many time. I was next to your doors. Called again many time. And any response. do not tell me that I was required immediately response. It takes 3days . I understand that you are small business, I respect you because what are you doing. And I know that not possible be all places at the same time. But you at least can answer and give some advice .

I called Marine and Wildlife Rescue as I had a swift that had been caught by a cat but had no obvious injuries. Dan was friendly, reassuring and obviously very knowledgeable. He kept in contact and helped to follow up with the RSPCA and the swift was subsequently taken away for a check up. Excellent service!

Dan was so helpful when I phoned about a distressed swan. He put me in touch with an RSPCA inspector who was in the area and was able to catch the bird and take it to East Winch RSPCA centre. Thank you so much.
