Okay so today I went to go into this charity shop and they told me I couldn't go in and had to wait for someone to come out. So I patiently waited outside until a person came out and asked the person by the door if I could come in as the Lady had walked out. He calls over to the desk and they say no. The problem is people are crowded around the desk talking to the cashier, you're running a charity, and by no means am I complaining about the Covid 19 restrictions, but the uncaringness of the staff. I travel frequently to charity shops and this was the worst one yet. I ended up having to leave empty handed. I'm very upset about this since its a charity shop donating to a good cause but the cashier is too busy talking to people who are not even buying items. Sort this out.
