I was in the shop this afternoon...I was appalled to see the woman behind the till refuse to take some quality home decor being donated by two ladies...saying we don't need any more ! I could see the donations looked amazing....she didn't give these lovely ladies the time of day ! I thought this very rude and ungrateful considering the proceeds go to cancer and the ladies took the time to sort out these items at home, drive to the shop at Bitterne and be turned away ☹️...not a very caring or professional attitude at all !!!
