From the video tour that they gave us of the apartment, to the pack of toilet paper in the closet (you remember TP was a top commodity in the early pandemic days?!), to the fast responses to our questions during our tenancy, we felt that we had a letting agency we could rely on. The process of moving out was also handled smoothly and our deposit refunded in a timely manner. In addition to being great professionals, they show a human side that is not so common in the real estate business.
