    I have never had such rude customer service anywhere, so very disappointed. After visiting many times and having good service, I was greeted by a rude, sneering, aggressive sales person. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. This needs to be sorted out, this is not an enjoyable experience any more and define nowhere near luxurious.

    Brilliant customer service! This was my first nose jewellery post-piercing and I was unsure on what sizing would be best. I was helped out by Amelia on three visits to the store, and would say it's the best customer service I've experienced. Faultless. The jewellery looks superb - and whilst the price-point may be a little above what you'd pay elsewhere, the service makes it worth every penny. I'm looking to get my ears pierced next and will be heading back here based on my experience.

No tuve que esperar nada y me atendieron fenomenal. El único inconveniente es que uno de los dos modelos que quería comprar no estaba disponible en mi talla, pero gracias a la ayuda de la estilista HENRIETTA que es encantadora y el consejo de mi anillador EDUARDO FERNÁNDEZ sobre lo que me iba a quedar mejor por mi forma del lóbulo, me ofrecieron una alternativa de otro pendiente que aún terminó gustándome más. Edu, el anillador, que es español fue muy amable y profesional explicándome todo muy bien , además de no hacer absolutamente nada de daño. Merece la pena invertir al hacer un piercing en un sitio como éste sin ninguna duda. Además del diseño y calidad de las joyas que son para siempre (ya que sólo trabajan oro) , como profesional de la salud que soy, para mi era muy importante la asepsia y seguridad con la que se hace el procedimiento, no solamente que sea una aguja estéril desechable que suele ser lo único que nos fijamos, aquí ves claramente el AUTOCLAVE donde se esteriliza el pendiente delante tuya, utilización de guantes quirúrgicos de un solo uso, bolígrafo individual para marcar la zona que no se comparte con otros clientes (me lo regalaron al terminar) y toda la asepsia e higiene necesaria para asegurar que no haya una contaminación cruzada, además de evitar riesgos de infección .
