I've used Maria London Events 3 times and attended a further 3 managed by them. At all times the Food has been delicious and of great quality, and the service has been Superb, The decor is beautiful. The price is pretty good too. The Manager Habib is a Amazing manager always Positive, friendly, trustworthy and always ensuring the day goes Perfect. Asian/bengali weddings can be stressful but Habib has years of experience in this industry. Be sure to use the media hosting, very helpful in large bengali families when taking photos. Habib managed to get all 500 approx guest to take photos with bride and groom in about 45mins by announcing on microphone. Some of my guest thought this would be impossible. Highly recommended

I would like to leave review for Maria London. My event was a walima event on the 18th August 2021 at ensign youth club. I done catering with Maria london for 165 people and around 100 guest turned up to my event. The communication and customer service from Maria London was very poor. They didn't inform us before hand to get buckets from the house to take the extra food was left from my event. My family had to go back and forward during the event to my house to get buckets to take extra food, we was only given little bit food back from Maria london. My siblings had to miss parts of my special event because of Maria London not communicating properly with us in advance. We didn't get any drink cases or desserts (frinni) backhome so I was disappointed. I paid for music speakers to be played during my event and the music level was very low and I couldn't hear much music. I'm very very disappointed with music service. Plus flowers on each table was removed way to early during my event. I paid for Maria London Service: staff and management for my event. When I wanted to feed my wife the cake, none of the waiters got me a spoon or didn't even leave a spoon next to the cake on the table, I had to wait for few minutes for my cousin to get me a spoon. Maria London their customer service was poor because the staff didn't smile and wasn't welcoming to my guest. A staff was wearing a army green t shirt and not in his uniform. My guest didn't even know there was welcome drinks. I was also disappointed that Maria london never informed me before hand that my package doesn't include cleaning and table set up service. I had to find out that information last minute and book it with my venue. I went multiple times to the Maria London office and they didn't give me clear information about important stuff. Whenever I went to the Maria London office the manager was picking up others calls infront of me and speaking for 40 minutes to other clients. I feel like he didn't give me his 💯 customer service. The positive feedback I can give about Maria London that the house lighting they done for me was good and the walima stage they gave me was very amazing. The quality of the food was nice because everybody enjoyed eating it. Manager Habib gave good customer service by cutting the Taal for us and giving it in each plate. I also liked the fact he came and double checked the lighting after it was done. My experience with Maria London was very stressful and I believe I deserve some refund back from them.

Having used Maria London Events for my Walima and having Habib manage the food and decorations whilst also hosting the event, I cannot fault their service. Habib ensures he finds time for you even when his really busy with other events. He ensures he brings his A-Game on the day having very professional staffs alongside him to help deliver the best day possible. The food was amazing with all guest giving nothing but praises while the decoration looked amazing and how we requested with a further finishing touches to make it more special. They communicated extremely well with all of our other vendors while Habib being in the industry for a long time ensure he was already acquainted beforehand.
