I went to her hairdresser and as soon as you enter through the door she says you hair is dry/you need to buy this/your hair is so light and it feels like she is forcing you to buy her products. The products that people buy are poured from a cheap big bottle and sold expensively in her own. You don’t know if she is lying or not about the product being what she says it is. Additionally, she blamed her problems on customers. The hairdryer got fried and she blamed it on my phone. She got a different one out and when she finished using it she put it back in the box. Based on my recent experience, what I would have previously rated as a good salon has turned into a massive disappointment for me and I know several others who would agree. I opted, for the first time, to try her flattop treatment (which no one knows what it actually is since refuses to say) and she burnt my hair/scalp really, really badly. To cut the long story short, when I bought this to her attention she simply tried to put the blame on me by saying I wouldn't let her wash it out properly which was an absolute lie. Instead of her to apologise and own up to her mistake/offer an alternative treatment to help heal my scalp she did neither and instead offered me her overpriced shampoo which retails a lot cheaper. I can't lie, Maria generally knows her craft well, however be warned, if things go wrong she has no sense of accountability and you will get the blame! I have learnt my lesson and will no longer be going back.
