BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! Very well presented shop with an amazing selection of clothes! My issue is that after visiting the store and purchasing a jacket for £180 (a tad cheaper than brand new) I was extremely disappointed to find the jacket covered in bleach stains. This was only visible in the light and as the store was dimly lit so was not visible in the shop. I then went to return or change the jacket and was shouted at down the phone by Jared Ryan Martin (the owner) who said "we are like a car boot sale everything here is final sale and we dont refund or exchange anything and to stop asking" He does not display anywhere in store OR the website that there are no refunds available and all sales are final which is against The consumer rights act 2015. The least Jared could do is display by the till that all sales are final to ensure customers are aware that they can not refund/exchange on their purchase. He does not do this as he is in it for the $$$$$$ not the interest of the customer. Dont get done over like me and ensure you thoroughly check whatever you purchase before you leave the store!
