    I had a problem with the St James double towel rail. I had had the towel rail for sometime so I contacted Marflow for help. With no hesitancy they replaced the towel rail in exchange for the damaged rail. At all times they were so helpful, efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. I must confess that their Customer Service department went over and above all of my expectations. Thanks to everyone.

    I recently ordered a showerhead from MAG kitchens and after waiting for the plating it finally arrived but we wrongly assumed there would be a fitting to marry it to the existing arm. This was was met with 'computer says no' but suggested I call the factory. Wow! What a difference! I hadnt even given Craig the sob story about for my elderly mother in law (all true) when he was already on the case. After some concern over the gold plate he realised it wouldnt be seen therefore wouldnt be an issue! And to top it all he said it would be in the post that night and here for Monday. This morning I saw a delivery guy actually waiting outside the house. At such a difficult time this was amazing service from you guys especially big thanks to Craig who took the time to physically look beyond scrolling down a screen. Brilliant service!     I contacted Marflow my mixer tap just fell apart it was a Marflow Lenso Tap which is supposed to carry a 10 year warranty. My Tap was only six years old I was advised that they would send me a new part at a cost of £24 p/p . So much for warranty’s.I contacted my local plumbing stockist and obtained the part . I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I am disappointed
