Lovely relaxed atmosphere, was offered a hot drink or beer as I came in which was very kind - personally I can get a lot of anxiety about having hair cuts but I felt really comfortable and looked after here. I can’t say enough good words about the staff, it’s immediately clear they care about what they do - Was quicker than I expected and an incredible job too, thank you so much :) Services: Long haircut, Hairstyling, Curly hair

The staff are always different, so it’s a bit hit and miss. But today was a real shocker, I left looking like someone bought Jim Carey from dumb and dummer from wish. I looked like a bully from a beano comic. I could tell he knew he’d done a bad job and his breathing was so heavy by the end of it I thought I’d been involved in an obscene phone call. Average barbering and below average if I think that I paid £32 for a fade cut. Cosy place for fancy people. Second time in a row that I have had a negative experience with the chain. I will stay away. There are better barbers in Leeds. My haircut was so bad that it was noticeable at work. Do not forget to mention that on the day that I had the haircut, my neck was in pain from the machine.
