By far the loudest library I have ever been in. I don't know who thought of the bright idea to put a piano in the middle of a library! There was literally an entire piano session taking place while other people are trying to focus and study smh. It's bad enough that there is a loud speaker constantly announcing numbers every 10 minutes as if we are all in a motor vehicle department, but then you have multiple staff members that are louder than the patrons. Highly disappointing for a library.

Great library but people make too much noise so it’s difficult to stay focused

1st floor, Haringey Services. Diabolicle services. Short staffed, no manners, the customers are extremely rude (I hear them around me being so negative about everything in the world, happy people!) and the waiting is way too long. Library staff seem ok though but the "security" guard(s) behave like they are active war soldiers and rude. Maybe the were "trained" to behave that way, who knows, but it is appalling/embarrassing. Update; Looks like the library security guard has lost the will to live/work. I heard him snoring whilst suppose to be on duty. Either that or he's just a library visitor who like to wear security guard uniform!

I hope you reopen very soon. A lot of people rely on public libraries for a safe, peaceful and comfortable place to study or work from. So many local libraries nearby are currently closed.
