Nice sized rooms for a couple. Not sure if a family of more then three could live here, as open plan, so kids are either in their room, or the living area. Lots of snagging issues, and some not easy to replace or repair issues ( light bulbs, no longer made, toilet flush button that needed to be specially ordered). Lack of care for the communal outdoor space, waited three years for garden, it’s still not finished or cared for. Bellway don’t care. They have their money now run

Avoid Bellway at all costs - No parking. They sub-contracted a car park enforcement agency called Link Parking who ticketed Residents cars for parking in their own spaces and refused appeals. Bellway did not want know.
