Opted for the 8-10 day wear lash extensions, told the lady I was not happy with the services the lashes were gappy and not applied in a straight line and were all over the place she told me it is because my OWN lashes were not straight 🤔 she proceeded to add some extra hairs into the gaps which made it slightly better but they are still really un even and now one eye has more hair than the other also the glue is very thick it hurts to blink hours later ! I can not brush them at ALL they are stuck together. Awful service getting a friend to remove and redo them tomorrow. Service: Eyelash extensions

Went and got my first Hollywood wax job, and the lady who did the waxing ended up scalding my lady parts with hot wax. I’ve done waxing on my underarms and legs before and this was just too hot. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there with my poor lady burning. But you get what you pay £25 for.

I took advantage of their walk-in service and was promptly tended to. Lovely staff - really warm and demonstrate the utmost professionalism. My nail tech did a fab job - if I’m ever in Birmingham again I will be sure to get my nails done here - would recommend to all!
