Booked in using website, had to queue for a short while before parking and unloading, but was no problem. Well organised shop reselling useable items. Disappointing to see members of the public inoring clear instructions and dumping rubbish in the wrong places. Staff are helpful and friendly if you're polite and pleasant to them.

I didn't have an appointment so couldn't drop my recycling. The man was quite rude and authoritarian. They were not busy at all and he could have let me drop my rubbish and tell me, next time I will need an appointment. Some people enjoy others being sad or unhappy. I hope karma will get him slightly. I will go to another recycling centre with an appointment. Well done little rude man. I hope you feel good about yourself.

Just returned from the recycling centre , hope I never have to go again , As a 80 year old disabled pensioner It was little short of a nightmare' I parked in the disabled bay ,whereupon the you lady ? assistant came down the steps to tell me I had to reverse in .Which I did. then she watched me struggle up the steps ,one at a time ,and then told me i was at the wrong bin and back down I went . I ran out of breath , and had to sit on the steps to get it back , The young lady was moved by that ; she came down the steps to tell me I could'nt sit there and to go sit in my car ,the public were asking if I needed an ambulance ,she wanted me out of the way . another assistant came , a middle aged man and he really was helpfull ,made me sit while he finished emptying my boot . but no! I would'nt want to go there again
