Same as all the other one star reviews. Staff are rude and aggressive, especially the old man. Younger staff are great but I wont be going back. Even suggested we had damaged a plant. Either improve your customer service and attitude towards customers in general or sell the business.

Visited here this week and the elderly man who works there was incredibly rude - refusing to answer simple questions and shouting at customers. Incredibly disappointing and multiple customers left their trollies in situ due to his terrible manner.
