I am glad there is no longer a mice infestation but I can't guarantee a certain tenant won't leave her wheelchair on top of the stairs ever again which is a fire risk and it should be moved the same day its left there, my neighbours stuff shouldn't be left anywhere in the corridor incase there is a fire but if its on top of the stairs or outside a tenant's flat someone could trip over it.
