Don’t bother to contact them if you only have a small area needing restoring. I don’t mind being told they don’t do small jobs but the patronising manner of the man on the phone was most unpleasant.Bragging about his £4000 equipment and the need to send a team out, I have now found another company to do my small area of restoration who don’t need to send a whole team for several days at great expense.
