    The Customer service guy is doing a very terrible job. Rude, impatient and impolite. He even dropped the call on me while still expressing my concerns. I'm finding it difficult to enroll on any other course with this organization or even make referrals all because of him.

    Terrible customer service and attitude from the person (same person) who controls the emails, complaints, web chat, zoom calls, facebook group and also replies to these google reviews (so you have no hope of any complaints being dealt with fairly including replies to these google reviews which they are also in complete control of). They leave it to the last minute to inform you of exam times which is ridiculous if you have to travel to a location to do them. Rude, and defensive on all interactions with them. Rang me first thing in the morning, shouting what is your problem down the phone when I had asked a genuine question about my course. Got defensive when I asked after 3 days of waiting, if I had passed an exam (as I had a job waiting on it). They will reply to this with inaccurate information trying to point the blame back at whoever makes the complaint with false information as in their opinion the customer is always wrong! Nothing wrong with the companies instructors or examiners only this person who has complete control over all communications with the company.

    Support person who controls the phone lines, email, webchat, Facebook message and zoom calls (same person, so you can't make a complaint as they block it, so much for being a big company), was extremely rude, defensive and aggressive towards my 16 year old nephew who had questions regarding training he had paid for. Also rude to other customers (audible to all) who tried to access a zoom exam, blaming their internet for lack of connection even though they were in different locations and it was clearly the company's internet at fault. Suggest this company retrains their 1 member of staff on customer service skills before offering to train anyone else for a fee!

    I Brought the cscs green card bundle and can definitely say it is a brilliant course for anybody new looking to get on-site was very well taught with regular breaks and also got me through to pass first time on both exams. They also cater for whatever your needs for learning are if needed. Will definitely be coming back to this company if needing any further training very pleased with the outcome I received.
