Bought a basin from this company which made of cheap stone material and filled with resin to make it even and shiny, they advise to seal the basin which is already filled with resin. We bought for new build and was kept wrapped and stored in a dry storage till it was time to install it. After installation , few weeks in new build house the resin filling started to come apart and marble mosaic wouldn’t accept the the product they have supplied is not of highest quality and blamed me for using the basin without first treating the surface. We have had real marble stairs and other natural stone products and have never had this issue where the stone starts to peel off. If you want good quality product and a good after sale service then stay clear of this company and buy from elsewhere. We do a lot of new development and would never buy from them. STAY CLEAR, PRICES MIGHT BE CHEAP BUT THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE CHEAP

Great product, but only a 14 day return policy. The represenative I spoke with was unaplogetic and very matter of fact. Not much help when you're on site and find something doesn't fit - a common issue.

Can't fault Ian. Having had a nightmare with the delivery company not delivering due to delayed driver AND not being able to find me resulting in them returning my sink to sender. One phone call and I was dealt with empathetically, efficiently and very politely. My sink subsequently was resent and arrived in excellent condition within 24hours. It's not completely installed but looks amazing. Can't wait to use. Thanks again Ian.
