Nice window, but really shoddy administration. We paid as soon as they sent invoice. They phoned me 2 months later to complain I hadn't paid. I checked my bank account to confirm I had in fact paid, and when I phoned them back I am told the MD has gone on holiday leaving no one who can access their accounts to confirm we paid!

Marathon Windows fitted some very nice uPVC sash windows in my wife's apartment. The work was completed in 2015. Between then and now (2022) the security latches went slightly out of alignment. On Monday, I contacted Marathon Windows requesting advice on how to fix the issue. They immediately scheduled a site visit and fixed the issue on Wednesday. Fantastic customer service, great installers and high quality windows.

Marathon were amazing from start to finish. Very unsalesy and extremely helpful, as well as a competitive price and quick turnaround. Thank you to Jane for being so lovely during our initial visit and helpful throughout the process. It's a family run business and you can tell everyone throughout our experience was personally invested in their work and also made you feel very comfortable to be around. The fitting team were so nice and really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. This included finishing off our door which was installed badly by another supplier. He noticed that it hasn't been finished great and made it look a million times better without even charging us more. Just because he was committed to doing a good job. Such lovely service. Thank you so much to everyone who helped to make our dream windows a reality. Really recommend them and a great experience all round.
