Bought a freestanding bag didn't slot properly contacted the seller no luck contacted the manufacturer and they weren't interested. Next one I buy will be through Wavemaster kicking myself I didn't wait and pay a bit more. Moral of the story you get what you pay for.

Absolutely delighted with the customer service at M.A.R International. Drove past this shop many times after work and always wanted to go in to make a purchase. Thanks to click and collect and the brilliant customer service over the phone I was finally able to purchase enough stock for my personal gym to stay active over the lockdown. The quality of the heavy bag is really good unlike what you would get at Argos, sports direct or any other retailer. I would be returning for more gear in future and recommending to my friends. Thanks for throwing in the posters etc.
