Terrible. We've had an ongoing electricity issue for about 4 months and they have failed to respond to calls and emails, and take control of the issue. Incredible lack of professionalism. Update. 6 months later and the landlord has changed. MJ Mapp clearly avoided resolving the issue because they knew it was going to be sold. Charlatans.
