    We usually travel from Gatwick with yourselves and have been very happy with the service Our greet and meet was booked for Gatwick For some reason our flight company then moved us to Heathrow which we are not comfortable with You transferred our booking e.mailed directions on request and were met by a very friendly Maple member of staff who helped us get from A to B with a smile

    All the settings were changed on the car. The climate control had been changed, the radio stations had been a raised and attempted to be reinserted and phone records/text messages accessed. Wished I'd activated the valet mode. Do not use them.

    Booking process easy, Directions to parking terrible. Drove past the parking entrance 4 times at 4am in the morning, before they spotted us driving past the entrance, The entrance has NO VISIBLE MAPLE MANOR OR PURPLE PARKING SINGNAGE FOR THE CAR PARK. Never had issues in the past with this company, but this last visit has put me off using them. Also, as we could not find the car park, we drove into the Sofitel for directions (which were useless) and to top it all we had to pay £9 to get out of the hotel grounds,
