Terrible after picking my car up after a week's holiday the left hand door lock was broken, there were stones caught up in the left wheel which had to be all taken off and cleaned plus my dash cam had been disconnected. Its as though they took it for a joy ride in some field by rogue drivers never again complete disgrace on how your car is treated once you drop it off.

I booked my car in on 5 Oct till 17 Oct on the day i dropped my car off i had it valeted because i was led to believe it would be safely and securely stored. On arrival at meet and greet valet parking i was dissapointed that I had to walk past 2 car parks after I had dropped my car off both which would have been more convenient. On return I had to do the same walk again to retrieve my car and this is how they returned it .never again.

Rang them 15mins before as they ask, was told what bays to park in. Once there we waited 15mins for someone to turn up. Rang again and they said they hadn’t received first call !! How did we park in the correct bay then? Took another 10 mins to turn up. Other than that it was ok, would try another company next time

I was under the impression I was booking ACE meet and great parking at Birmingham but it was in fact Maple! Took 25 minutes for the car to arrive after calling once collected bags, not a meet and greet service I would ever recommend or use again! If I needed to book parking at Birmingham I would likely book an on site car park that you can walk to your car. Absolutely dreadful if I could give no stars I would! Avoid! Used today 9/2/2020 arriving from Toulouse to Birmingham.

The Maple Parking Meet and Greet Birmingham was both timely and straightforward. The problem lies with distance from Valet car park to the Terminal, in the open...we and our cases got wet!. At Gatwick meet and greet are done right at the terminal entrance.
