Chris is a fantastic guy and very knowledgeable about what he does. Had the whole house rendered and sealed. Chris and the guys did a brilliant job. Gave a good price with no hidden extras, in fact Chris offered to do extra jobs for free. Very tidy and considerate. More than satisfied with the end product. Would highly recommend this guy. I had the back and front of my house repointed. They gave me a really good deal for a professional service. Very glad I went with them and not the odd-job man with a chisel who offered to do it for less because he didn't think scaffolding was required! The work at the front of the house (decorative) was beautifully done. Chris repaired my window surrounds, even though it hadn't been included in the quote. Lovely work, lovely workers. I would use them again, but my house is sorted for the next few decades!

Had render repair and house repainted. Chris very friendly and knowledgeable about the work to be undertaken. Clear about pricing nothing hidden. Communication was excellent, Chris more than helpful and went extra mile as we were checking out different colours for the house. After agreeing everything job done very very nicely and professionally Chris and team very very good. They also did odd bits extra.

Chris and his team were amazing from start to finish. All the work carried and customer service was impeccable and I'm really happy with the work done at my house. There was a PIV unit installed in the loft, new extractor fans in the bathroom, toilet and lean to/conservatory and a new roof, lighting and radiator on the lean to/conservatory area. They went above and beyond and made the conservatory a usable room no matter the weather. I would recommend Maple Home Improvements to anyone looking for this kind of work. Thankyou again Chris and all the people who carried out the work.

5 stars, it would have been more. Chris came around on a Saturday morning and diagnosed what the problem was in the loft and lean-to extension. He went back to their office and send me a quote to remedy it. They came back the following week and installed a ventilaton system in the loft, downstairs toilet and in the extension. A new insulated one piece rubberised roof complete with guttering was fitted. They also did extra work and installed new lights all included in the price. Highly recommended, if you need any work or improvements give them a call. Services: Roof inspection, Attic venting, Roof installation
