Great experience and I can't wait to be back! I have acne-prone skin with dark scarring and hyperpigmentation. Manuel was attentive in listening to my concerns and gave me a customised treatment based on my needs. He told me which products and ingredients work best, and send me home with some products from the MG line. The products have been amazing after a couple of weeks of doing it, my skin feels incredibly balanced and I highly recommend their range of moisturisers and also non-tinted SPF creams which I have had trouble looking for before! Thank you and already looking forward to my next session.

Manuel Guerra Skincare Clinic is a little den of tranquillity in the heart of Tower Bridge. I had the 1hr bespoke facial. Manuel is very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming and I felt truly relaxed in every step of the facial! He incorporates massage techniques into his routine and I particularly loved the cool-touch therapy and LED. My skin looks and feels great - I will be back again!

Arranged my sister's masterclass with them. They cancelled my first appointment, rearranged for Sunday but no confirmation. Check their website and saw that the appointment time their are closed. Called numerous time but no one is answering. Emailed few times and still waiting for reply. Very poor service and a very angry customer.

I have a disrupted/damaged skin barrier due to over exfoliating. Whilst having a facial massage, I was told about which products and ingredients are best for my skin. I have been using and MG oil, rich moisturiser and cleanser, and after a few days, they are already working. The ingredients seep into my skin and have halved the 'tight' feeling around my face which was very upsetting before. Thank you - very good products that actually work - much better to come here and have an expert explain it rather than researching online which is confusing and overwhelming. Luisa x
