I had a consultation in February - met with the artist and Booked me in for May and was told that they'd send me the design once it'd been drawn up. After over a month in late April I messaged the place to ask if there was any progression on the design I wanted to get, as I still hadn't heard anything. I was given a response that I would receive a design in the next 7-10 days. The 10 days passed and unfortunately I did not receive any messages about what was being done. I understand that it takes time to draw out ideas and other customers to see but for me I just didn't like the idea of not knowing what is being put on me until the day! What if I said no - I would have wasted a trip to the shop. Overall feel disappointed and abit robbed of a £60 deposit after asking to hear about my design and getting nothing back. I am not discrediting this establishment: I'm sure they do amazing work! This review is purely based on my own experience but I wish they could have just handled my situation better.
