Went to get my daughter school uniform went upstairs the staff who was seeing to us kept getting the wrong size that we ask for then she disappeared so I had to ask another rember of staff to help me she was so helpful and polite then I ask was she a new girl and she said I said it looks like she has no clue what to do so I said she did more training then got down stairs to pay for the uniform the two ladies on the cashier can talk

We always dread going to Mansuri Yardley Branch as we know it’s bound to be a bad experience. My partner and I went a few days ago and was put off by a long queue. A staff member, Charlotte, shouted, ‘it’s only going to get worse’. In hindsight, we could’ve waited, we were impatient and with schools starting, the queues should not have been surprising for us. But there was no need for Charlotte’s comment. We returned a few days later. Our misfortune, we were served by Charlotte. Without even looking for the size we requested, she said they didn’t have. We were refused a refund, even with a receipt. We really do feel for those parents who are forced to buy from this shop, particularly those who are hard up for cash, especially in these tough economic times. Another member of staff, Charley, has been helpful previously, as have other staff members. But Charlotte’s attitude is pathetic. Then again, we believe she’s adopted the culture of the business which, in our view, is profits ahead of people. And having won Government contracts for providing uniform for several local schools, bosses appear to be complacent and careless. Whilst in the store, we observed two ladies rolling large boxes across the floor. Surely they should be provided with the adequate equipment to carry out their tasks? Terrible, as ever, customer service, on this occasion by Charlotte. Our plea to the bosses would be to give care, attention and consideration for ordinary hardworking citizens, without whom their empire would not exist.
