I ended up not using Mansat Windows because they did not bother to show up for our initial appointment, and this happened four times. On the day we had originally booked, no one showed up and when I contacted the office I was told someone would be in later today. I explained I had stayed at home specifically for the appointment and really needed it to be that day but when it got to 4pm I called again and was told it'd be tomorrow at 8:30. The next day, again, no one showed up. My husband then called and explained that we were really disappointed and were reassured that they were very sorry and that the manager would be in personally before 9am on Friday. Predictably, no one showed up. He then said he was really sorry but he had absolutely booked us in for 12 on Monday. We knew they wouldn't show up, and unsurprisingly, they didn't. Understand you are probably busy and have a lot of requests, but we were asking for a quote for a major job, and you wasted your time and my time by repeatedly rescheduling and then not showing up.

Great people and they were able to replace my glass panes pretty quickly. I have the old style aluminium windows and a few panes needed replacing as the seals had failed and there was condensation build up. They came out the same day to measure all the glass panes that I needed. They then replaced all of them within a week with high quality glass units. They know what they are doing and extremely competent. Good local business and nice people to deal with. Very professional. Will definitely use again.
