Was really looking forward to visiting here as it looked great, however this was truly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything was so bland and flavourless, even a simple salt and chilli dish was rubbish and just doused in a lot of five spice seasoning. Ribs were also clearly microwaved in its watery sauce, as it’s served in a doubled up bowl, and parts were cold while other parts were roasting hot. The whole write your own order down, only for a staff member to come over and input what you’ve written on an order pad is the biggest waste of time and genuinely just a stupid idea. Staff were always hard to get the attention of, and we weren’t asked how our meal was once, nor could we even get our table cleared. When served the bill I asked for the service to be removed since we didn’t have a good experience, and the server still didn’t ask if anything was wrong with the meal or if we enjoyed it. Do not waste your time or money with this place, you’d be better off ordering from your local Chinese takeaway.
