Passed my online interview and submitted all my documents the same day. Was informed I would get a cal in a day or two for my induction for the job I applied for. Kept me hanging for over a week …phoned twice..finally spoke to someone who apologised and said my documents would be reviewed (a week later) and my induction with my new employer would take a day. Nothing again …checked online and it looks as though they still haven’t reviewed my documents. I held off because Manpower said I had the job. Having to start again with my job search has cost me time and potential lost earnings. Absolute shambles. I went on to work with Emma and Patrycja from the Southampton branch and I was impressed by their persistence in getting everything in place, their politeness, professionalism and the can do attitude. My original review was for a branch up north. The 5 star review is for the Southampton branch.

I did COVID-19 collections for the Royal Mail through Manpower in Southampton for nearly 18 months. They have been great throughout and always available by email or phone. Really good experience.

Had no choice but to use them for a recent role. Impossible to contact anyone via phone to resolve a problem quickly as non of their staff have a phone number under their signatures (only contactable via email) plus their phone number listed does not work. Such a poor experience. Dreadful.

I am sorry to see so many bad reviews. And sorry that people have had to go through so many issues. I know what it's like to be a job seeker and agencies not get back to you for ages. I was one of the lucky ones that had a good experience with Manpower. Southampton branch. I wanted to review them as I wanted to give a shout to Jag Digpal! He has been great over the past 3 years of me working there. He supported me so much through my maternity and mostly through Covid! Thanks Jag! Everybody that I have spoken to in the Southampton branch has been incredibly helpful! I highly recommend and I hope more people has the same good experience that I did.
